BG Titan Group from the USA Acquires Adria Telekom – Serbian Technology Set to Conquer the World

The American investment and technology corporation BG Titan Group, headquartered in San Diego (USA), has signed a strategic agreement to acquire Adria Telekom, one of Serbia’s pioneers and most successful brands in the field of IPTV, OTT, and multimedia solutions. The agreement was signed at BG Titan Group’s representative office in Sofia, which serves as the European hub of this global group. The agreement was formalized by directors Aymen Boughanmi (BG Titan) and Daniel Rokvić (Adria Telekom).
This acquisition marks the beginning of a new phase in the development of Adria Telekom, which is transitioning from a regional leader in digital television and software solutions to a global player, backed by the infrastructure and resources of its American partner.
BG Titan Group is a multinational company present on three continents, active in infrastructure, energy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, financial services, and the development of large-scale projects, especially in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
On the other hand, Daniel Rokvić is recognized as one of the pioneers of the Serbian cable and IPTV industry — founder of a cable television company, one of the creators of the SBB network, and founder of the global Ex-Yu IPTV platform NetTV Plus, which was recently acquired by Telekom Srbija for 650 million euros.
The first international project in Adria Telekom’s new development phase has already been launched in Uganda, where over 4 million users are expected in the first stage. The goal is to reach over 10 million users worldwide within the next two years.
“This partnership is a fusion of technology, experience, and vision. Serbian engineering talent, through Adria Telekom, now gains global momentum,” said Aymen Boughanmi.
Daniel Rokvić added:
“For years, I have been building projects that shaped the digital television market. It’s time for Serbian solutions to become part of the global picture — and with BG Titan Group, that is not only possible but certain.
Unfortunately, we were unable to survive and grow to full capacity as an independent company from Serbia. This is the result of systemic obstacles faced by all independent networks and media in Serbia.
The decision to partner with a global player such as BG Titan Group stemmed from the need to protect our technology, vision, and users, but also to ensure a healthy environment for further growth — free from the political and economic pressure we have endured for years.”
